A Winner Except for the Fingerprint Reader. This phone is fantastic, but haaaaaaate the location of the fingerprint reader. I don't know who these people are who are confident enough to walk around without a protective case and glass cover over their screen, but I am not that person. Unfortunately, EVERY glass screen protector has this jenky looking, distracting cutout for the fingerprint reader, and the fingerprint reader still doesn't function with it. I switched from the Note 8 and that is really my only real complaint--I WISH Samsung would stop putting the fingerprint readers in the screen.

Impressive phone. I decided to forego ordering an S20 phone in order to wait for 5G to mature a little more (just my opinion). The S10+ has proven to be a remarkable phone with so many great features. With the possible exception of Bixby, everything about this phone has surpassed my expectations. I'm really going to have to see a quantum leap in my next phone's features as well as performance. Well done, Samsung!I'm not currently using facial recognition so I withheld a 5-star rating for that feature but I expect it will perform reasonably well.

Best phone ever. After reading some comments, I was unsured of my purchase, but once it arrived, I checked that is was what I was buying: the Snapdragon version. The phone works great and doesn't give issues at all.

samsung perfect cell phone. It arrived today, in perfect & brand new condition, in a perfect Samsung box (sealed) the screen had the screen cover on it and everything including (samsung USB cable, USB wall charger, the little USB converter & etc and the earbuds in the original packaging)I had a Samsung s10 and upgraded to the Samsung s10+ (sorry but the s20 not worth it for a camera upgrade). I love the wider screen on it (watching uptube, hardwareshop prime and etc) I wish I got this instead of the s10 a year ago.The buttons are not that out of place reference to holding it and using the side buttons at the same time. Personally it fits in my had perfectly and I got small/medium size hands.The hardest part was all the updates, switching everything over from the s10 to the s10+.Since the stores don't sell the samsung s10 or the s10+ waiting 1 day was worth the wait with hardwareshop prime.

Battery damage out of box. The phone arrived with 11% battery. I can't make it a full day of moderate use without charging.They wouldn't post my previous review, because I blamed them for storing these phones in excessive heat, causing battery damage. I won't do that here.I will say that I received 2 separate phones with the same battery condition.Other than that, the phone is really good. Just think twice about where you are buying it.
