Promo codes can be entered via the checkout page by selecting "Apply a promo code" and entering the code provided. 

Please note that promo codes are case sensitive.

Having trouble with a promo code?

If your promo code won’t apply or you get an error message, check whether the following applies to you:

You’ve already used the code. Our promo codes can only be used once, so if you’ve ever used the code in the past then it won’t work again. 

The items aren’t eligible. Check the terms and conditions of the code, and make sure the items in your shopping cart aren’t excluded items.

The code has been entered incorrectly. Whoops! The codes are case sensitive so enter it exactly as it is written and try again.

The code has expired. Check the expiry date of the code, as some of them run for a limited time or expire after a set period.

If you have checked all of the above and are still having issues with the code, we'll need to see a screenshot of your shopping cart that shows the promo code and all items in your cart. Please use the 'Contact Us' button below to report the website issue, and attach the screenshot to your inquiry.

You can click the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any emails you receive. 

You can also contact our customer service team to ask to be removed from the program by choosing the send us an email link below.

Yes, your account is linked to your email address, so you cannot be a Members of Hardwareshop company. without one. We recommend signing up with a personal email address that's not likely to change. If you don't have an email address you can sign up for a free email address at:
